Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 dried chillies, crumbled
- 1 fillet red snapper
- 1 ginger, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tsp lemongrass
- 2 medium shallots, sliced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 TBSP Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 TBSP Tomato paste
- 0.5 Cup Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet, add the lemongrass, ginger, garlic, chillies, onion and shallots. Fry for 3 minutes.
2. Add fish and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
3.Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the fish. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
